1. Scope This refund policy applies to all services booked through our website, purchases of digital products, and all other paid services.
2. Digital Services and Products Since many of our services are provided digitally (e.g., social media management, digital content, online courses, consulting services): Once digital products have been fully delivered or activated, no refund is available unless you expressly agreed to immediate commencement of the service before it began. In case of technical problems or non-delivery of the service, please contact us within 14 days so we can offer a solution.
3. Bookings of Services (e.g., appointments, consultations) Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment: free of charge Cancellation within 48 hours: we reserve the right to charge a flat processing fee of 50% of the booked price No-show: full charge All cancellations must be made in writing via email to: Nw.Digital-Marketing@outlook.de
4. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original payment. Refund processing may take up to 14 business days.
5. Exceptions Individually agreed-upon packages or special services that have already begun or been provided are excluded from refunds. Discounts, vouchers, or special offers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
